I had been considering getting a quote from an insurance company meant for Veteran's families in order to try to save some money, but after chatting with Kristian for a bit he was so genuinely considerate and went over every bit of our three car policy with me and helped me make some changes that made sense. He talked me through everything patiently and answered all of my many questions thoroughly. By the time I got off the phone I had decided to stick with State Farm. They really do reward you for being a loyal customer and so far everyone I have talked to has been a down to earth, reasonable, and honest human being. In this day and age that is appreciated more than possibly saving a few bucks."
